Wise Mind Counseling & Consulting is an outpatient clinic that provides psychotherapy, trainings, supervision, and specialized consultations. We are dedicated to providing high-quality care to clients with an individualized approach.

 

Training and experience comes from a variety of trauma-informed, evidence-based models for psychotherapy that have been practiced in individual, family, and group settings within partial-hospital, day treatment, and outpatient settings with various acuity levels. Dr. Bester has experience conducting, presenting, and teaching research in relational dynamics and more specifically, psychological impacts social networking/media sites, providing consultations on best practices for relational communication in correlation with trauma-informed evidence-based practices, teaching and mentoring in a university and college setting, and supervising in-training and licensed therapists in day treatment, partial hospital, outpatient and university settings.
